Spend a week long retreat in one of the most beautiful places in Costa Rica, the Caribbean Coast.
This educational retreat is all inclusive, with abundant meals, luxury stay and educational practices of yoga philosophy, asana clinics and teaching skills. We will have free time to explore the area too!
In tantra, freedom is one of the if not the main objectives of this tradition. Is about recognizing our innate freedom. True freedom to design the life that we want, not a life predetermined by limiting beliefs. Ultimately it relates to our free will, the power to choose. You can decide to make desitions that affirm your life or that they don’t. And when life doesn’t go our way we have the desition to choose how you respond to that, will you complain or will you learn from them. It is a path of self-reliance, self dependency. You don’t need anything outside for your completion just the recognition of who you are.
In this retreat the morning practice will be focused on different strategies to progress in asanas like handstanding, backbends like urdhva dhanurasana and hip openers like the middle splits.
Expect challenging and sweaty yoga practices with options for all levels.
Our middle of the day sessions is of Traditional Tantric philosophy, we will explore the basis of this tradition and meditation techniques. This are enriching lectures that will challenge the mind and will leave us inspire to live more fully.
And our early afternoon sessions will consist of teaching skills workshops of adjusting, the use of props and an introduction of Thai massage by the one and only Adriana Leiva.
