About The Event
This six-day retreat invites moms and their daughters, ages 8 to 15 (possible age exceptions made; please email us at retreats@goodmomsbadchoices.com) to play, explore, and connect, not just with each other but with nature, stillness, and the joy of being fully present together. Through mindful workshops, creative expression, adventure, and intentional rest, you’ll rediscover new ways to see, hear, and understand one another.
Hosted by Erica and Jamilah, two mothers to 11-year-old girls and co-founders of Good Moms Bad Choices, this retreat was born from their shared belief that healing starts within the home and that our children grow most beautifully when they see us showing up as our whole, authentic selves.
This experience will remind you both that being a “good mom” isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence.
