Surrender to sweet self-care, while having a structured schedule, in order to stay consistent with your yoga practice. The itinerary gives ample time to explore the jungle beaches, immerse yourself in caribbean culture, relax, & spend your free time any way you choose. Can’t wait to embark on this journey together!
Connect to yourself without distractions! Let go of your phone, your responsibilities, and stress. Allow yourself to receive the magic of full presence. This 6 day retreat will enable you to find time to be fully present, and relaxed. I will provide the framework to strengthen the body & spirit through a mindful morning yoga practice, blissful playtime, and a variety of wellness activities. Your vacation has been arranged and organized for you, all you have to do is pack your bags & tap into zen!
The abundant jungle will provide the perfect backdrop to be in touch with your highest self. Being close to nature inspires grounding, and brings us back to our primal roots. We will create community by sharing fun activities, meals, yoga practice, and unforgettable memories as a group! Unwind, explore, and chill out!
