About this Retreat The Sonora Jungle Retreat is a cozy, stylish, boutique hotel ~ an oasis in the tropical jungle of Costa Rica's southern Caribbean coast.

This retreat is an ideal place to disconnect from daily responsibilities and focus on personal wellness. It offers immersion in a unique setting that will help calm your mind and rejuvenate your whole self.

Sonora Jungle is located on a Black Beach surrounded by powerful nature that gradually turns into a jungle, embraced by ancient trees, colorful flowers, and the sound of animals. The accommodations have been curated for relaxation and comfort. All bungalows have a private bath, A/C, ceiling fan, hot water, safe, and external veranda. The property also includes a swimming pool, open-air yoga shala, and an outdoor breakfast area.

The meals are prepared with local organic ingredients and every day the kitchen will serve new tasty healthy vegetarian dishes.

The modern architecture of Sonora, created by Italian designers, showcases elegant interior decorations, fine linen, and cotton fabrics with warm touches of Caribbean wood. Every object has been chosen with precision and purpose.
